Elle Magazine Spread: Miley Cyrus

So if you're a magazine fanatic like then I'm sure you bought the new Elle Magazine covered by Miley Cyrus. I did and its sad that I was so disappointed with the spread. I feel like the stylist and photographer took Miley Cyrus's image to another level. She's ONLY 16...the outfits and the poses were too grown up. She looks like some video vixen trying to break into Hollywood on the cover of one of those trashy magazines. I'm happy for Miley (really) and I wish her all the success but they could have done so much with this shoot. Watch the pics...

Guess whats coming out in a theatre new you??? Yup! Vogue is making a documentary film on their Setember Issue..."We all know that September is January in the Fashion"...SO TRUE! We get to see the behind the sense of Vogue's Anna Wintour, the legendary editor-in-chief of Vogue magazine for the past twenty years and Andre Leon Talley (Vice President). Isnt that too cool? I personally cant wait to see it!!!

Russel Simmons hosted Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation 10th Anniversary Art For Life Benefit yesterday in the Hampton's. Since we're keeping it strictly fashion this weekend two young celeb's fashion senses caught my attention. Adrienne (former Cheater Girl and 3lW singer) and Angela Simmons (Daddy's Girls and Pastry Footwear).

We all know...through twitter of course that the two have been friends so it was really cute to see them at the event together.


Adrienne was my favorite...the shoes, the dress, the accessories are just too cute!


Angela's always cute but she could have done so much better. I think she's two young and cute to wear this dress. A short black cocktail dress and much more with her hair would fit perfectly with her personality. And is it just me or is Angela losing tooo much weight? Nevertheless she looks real cute.

Fendi Vintage Clutch

Can someone please hurry with a more affordable version to this vintage studded Clutch? Its too cute! In the November 2008 issue of INSTYLE Magazine Beyonce featured a "Can't Live Without..." column in her interview. This Fabulous Fendi clutch was part of her collection. Ever since I've fallen in love with it. I've seen picturers of B out with this clutch twice before but it wasnt until she was caught shopping it up in Beverely Hills last week with Juelzie, Angie and MaMa T I realised how cute clutch really is. So Aldo...Bakers...TopShop...H and M, please make it happen!

Ri Ri Gone Baldy!

We all know my girl Ri Ri is a trend setter! So Why on earth didnt she set this trend? Cassie started this and LaLa Vasquez joined the bandwagon...I was really upset with Cassie because she has really good hair, so does LaLa! Not saying Ri Ri doesnt because I would be lying. But Rihanna is now famous for her edgy hair and her sense of style so Im kind of mad she wasnt the first to come out with this trend. I must say I really like it. It accents her rocker-chic fashion sense so Ri Ri, Im not mad at you!

Here is the new Dereon and House of Dereon Fall 09 Collection. The stylist did a really good job with the outfits he gave be. Im more a fan of the House of Dereon collection because its a classier designer line. I love the black framed shades B has in the commercial...wonder if its Dereon?

Nia Long Covers PRIDE magazine...Congrats to her! I love Nia Long I watched her in Smart Guy, Fresh Price of Belair, Are we there Yet? and Are we don't yet...and the list goes on! She's a dedicated actress and holds that respect. I remembered working backstage Fashion Week in the tents, I was done dressing my model and we're standing around...I looked to my right standing less than an arm length away from me...Its Nia Long! I was star struck ed. Yeah! So its obvious that I love her.She's been doing her thing in the industry for a while now. So I'm taking in my daily dose of Celebrity Gossip last night and there was Nia Long. Beautiful photo, wonderful features I couldn't help but saying Waaaawww!!! But I missed the headlines AND U KNOW I'M SO TEAM BEYONCE! but I started reading the interview and apparently Obsessed was mentioned. First of all let me say I know exactly what she meant and its natural for us human being to feel that way regardless of our career but she said something that had me going,"Hm mm...So Not true". She said "If you’re a singer not an actress, you should sing. If you’re a rapper, you should rap". There is absolutely Nothing wrong with exploring. Concreteloop has "Stay in your lane" what is your lane? We're human being we don't have to be a master of all Trades! I was also very upset because she kept going on about black actresses and the quality of their work is suffering. I have too much to say but Nia that was kind of catty, not a good Look!

Beyonce Beyonce... The most common topic on this space...I CAN'T HELP IT!!! Luv B!!! So we all watched the BET awards, we all had mixed reactions about their tribute to Michael Jackson. WE ALL saw Beyonce's performance, many thought Beyonce should have shared the stage with Sasha! I for one agree but we must give credit where credit is due! Although it was the wrong song choice...She DELIVERED! Essence held their annual Music Festival in New Orleans on the weekend and Beyonce did a Special Tribute to Michael! She sannnnggggggg! Get it Beyyyyy!!! Love you
